2型糖尿病患者血清Irisin水平与脂肪肝指数的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析2型糖尿病患者血清Irisin水平与脂肪肝指数的相关性,探讨Irisin在糖尿病患者脂代谢中的作用。方法:80例2型糖尿病患者按BMI水平分正常组、超重组及肥胖组,记录基本资料,计算FLI,采用Elisa法测定血清Irisin水平。分析Irisin与脂肪肝指数的相关性。结果:(1)3组患者随BMI增加FLI逐渐增加,而血清Irisin水平逐渐下降(P<0.05)。(2)FLI与BMI、腹围、HOMA-IR、甘油三酯、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。(3)血清Irisin水平与BMI、腹围、HOMA-IR、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平及FLI呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清Irisin与2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝病的发生发展可能有密切关系。Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum Irisin level and fatty liver index in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and explore the role of Irisin in lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into normal group,overweight group and obesity group according to BMI level.The basic data were recorded,FLI was calculated,serum Irisin levels were determined by Elisa.The correlation between Irisin and fatt liver index was analyzed.Results:(1)With the increase of BMI,FLI increased gradually,while serum Irisin level decreased gradually(P<0.05).(2)FLI was positively correlated with BMI,abdominal circumference,HOMA-IR,triglyceride and gamma-glutamyltransferase levels(P<0.05).(3)Serum Irisin level was negatively correlated with BMI,abdominal circumference,HOMA-IR,triglyceride and gamma-glutamyltransferase levels and FLI(P<0.05).Conclusions:Serum Irisin may be closely related to the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
