摘 要:目的:探讨智能导航辅助下CT引导经皮肺活检术在肺部结节诊断中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年1月本院肺部结节患者120例临床资料,两组均进行CT引导经皮肺活检术,根据CT引导方式的不同分为A组60例(智能导航辅助下CT引导经皮肺活检)、B组60例(常规CT引导经皮肺活检),比较两组诊断的准确度、特异度、灵敏度。结果:经病理学检查显示,观察组中良性45例,恶性15例;对照组中良性42例,恶性18例。智能导航辅助下CT引导经皮肺活检诊断肺部结节的准确性88.33%、灵敏度93.33%、特异度73.33%、阳性预测值91.30%、阴性预测值78.57%,均较常规CT引导经皮肺活检(60.00%,71.43%,33.33%,71.43%,33.33%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:智能导航辅助下CT引导经皮肺活检用于肺部结节诊断中,能较好辨别良性及恶性肺部结节。Objective:To explore the application effect of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy assisted by intelligent navigation in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with pulmonary nodules in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Both groups were given CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy.According to the different CT guidance methods,they were divided into group A(intelligent navigation assisted CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy,60 cases)and group B(conventional CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy,60 cases).The diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the two groups were compared.Results:Pathological examination showed that 45 cases were benign and 15 cases were malignant in the observation group,42 cases were benign and 18 cases were malignant in the control group.The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules were 88.33%,93.33%,73.33%,91.30%and 78.57%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of conventional CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy(60.00%,71.43%,33.33%,71.43%,33.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intelligent navigation assisted CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules can better distinguish benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.
