血浆纤溶活性与类风湿性关节炎疾病活动的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血浆纤维蛋白/纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)、D-二聚体(DD)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)与类风湿性关节炎患者疾病活动性之间的关系。方法:选择60例类风湿性关节炎患者,根据类风湿关节炎患者病情评价(DAS28评分)将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。检测患者血浆内FDP、DD和Fg水平,并分析其与类风湿性患者病程活动发展的相关性。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者血浆FDP、DD和Fg均显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);FDP、DD、Fg与DAS28存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论:活动性类风湿性关节炎患者血浆FDP、DD和Fg水平较高。Objective:To explore the potential relationship between plasma fibrin/fibrinogen interpretation products(FDP),D-dimer(DD),fibrinogen(Fg)and disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis patients.Methods:60 rheumatoid arthritis patients were included,and the patients were divided into two different groups according to the DAS28 score,30 cases in each groups.The plasma levels of FDP,DD,and Fg were measured,and their correlation with the development of disease course activity in rheumatoid patients was analyzed.Results:Compared with control group,plasma FDP,DD and Fg were significantly increased in observation group(P<0.05).There was significant positive correlation between DD,DD,Fg and DAS28(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plasma FDP,DD and Fg levels in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis was high.
