带蒂皮瓣修复上肢软组织缺损的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析带蒂皮瓣修复上肢软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年12月到本院就诊,且本院收治的上肢软组织缺损患者100例,根据上肢部位的不同,将100例上肢软组织缺损患者分为手指部分组和手掌部分组,每组50例。患者均进行带蒂皮瓣修复术治疗。比较两组临床效果、并发症发生情况、术后3个月的生活质量情况及患者满意度。结果:手指部分组的优良率为94.00%,手掌部分组的优良率为90.00%,两组的优良率均较高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手指部分组的并发症发生率总计为8.00%,手掌部分组的并发症发生率总计为14.00%,两组并发症发生率均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组手术前后生理功能、心理功能、社会职能评分均相近(P>0.05),但两组术后3个月生理功能、心理功能、社会职能评分均显著高于术前(P<0.05);两个部分的满意度均较高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于上肢手指和手掌部分的软组织缺损,带蒂皮瓣修复术治疗的效果均较好,且并发症发生率低,术后生活质量较高,患者的满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pedicled skin flap in the repair of upper limb soft tissue defects.Method:From January 2016 to December 2019,100 patients with upper limb soft tissue defects were selected and treated in our hospital.According to the different parts of upper limb,100 patients with upper limb soft tissue defects were divided into finger part group and palm part group,with 50 patients in each group.All patients were treated with pedicled flap.The clinical effect,complications,quality of life 3 months after operation and patients’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent rate of the finger group was 94.00%,the excellent rate of the palm group was 90.00%,the excellent rate of the two groups was higher,there was no significant difference (P>0.05);the complication rate of the finger group was 8.00%,the complication rate of the palm group was 14.00%,and the complication rate of the two groups was lower,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The scores of physiological function,psychological function and social function of the two groups were similar before and after operation (P>0.05),but the scores of physiological function,psychological function and social function of the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation (P<0.05);the satisfaction of the two parts were higher,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:For the soft tissue defects of fingers and palms of upper limbs,pedicled skin flap repair has good effect,low incidence of complications,high quality of life after operation and high satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
