摘　　要：目的:探究健康教育结合自我护理指导对喉癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法:以2017年1月-2019年12月福建省老年医院收治的73例喉癌术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(35例)与试验组(38例)。对照组行常规护理,试验组行健康教育结合自我护理指导。比较两组自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分及营养指标水平。结果:试验组自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分及营养指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育结合自我护理指导,可提高喉癌术后患者生活质量、自我护理能力及营养状况,可进行推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of health education combined with self-nursing guidance on quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer after operation.Method:A total of 73 patients with laryngeal cancer after operation admitted in Fujian Geriatric Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group (35 cases) and the experimental group (38 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received health education combined with self-nursing guidance.The self-nursing ability score,quality of life score and nutrition index level were compared between the two groups.Result:The self-nursing ability score,quality of life score and nutrition index level of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education combined with self-nursing guidance can improve the quality of life,self-nursing ability and nutrition status of laryngeal cancer patients after operation,and can be popularized and applied.
