延续性护理干预对心房颤动患者华法林抗凝治疗依从性的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨延续性护理干预对心房颤动患者华法林抗凝治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年12月在笔者所在医院采用华法林抗凝治疗的60例心房颤动患者,双盲随机法分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组实施延续性护理干预。比较两组护理前后生存质量评分、护理满意度、治疗依从性、抗凝治疗不良反应率。结果:试验组护理后生存质量评分高于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,治疗总依从率(96.67%)高于对照组(70.00%),抗凝治疗不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心房颤动华法林抗凝治疗患者实施延续性护理干预效果确切,有利于提高患者依从性和减少抗凝治疗不良反应,改善患者生存质量和提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the compliance of Warfarin anticoagulation in patients with atrial fibrillation.Method:A total of 60 patients with atrial fibrillation who received Warfarin anticoagulation therapy in the author’s hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind random method.The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given continuous nursing intervention.The quality of life score before and after nursing,satisfaction,treatment compliance and adverse reaction rate of anticoagulation were compared between the two groups.Result:The post-nursing quality of life score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group,the total treatment compliance rate (96.67%) was higher than that in the control group (70.00%),and the adverse reaction rate of anticoagulant treatment was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients with atrial fibrillation treated with Warfarin anticoagulation is accurate,which is beneficial to improve patients’ compliance,reduce adverse reactions of anticoagulation treatment,improve patients’ quality of life and improve patients’ satisfaction.
