摘　　要：目的:研究O3水关节腔冲洗加膝神经脉冲神经调控治疗骨性膝关节炎的效果。方法:本研究纳入2017年5月-2020年4月本院收治的100例骨性膝关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施O3水关节腔冲洗治疗,观察组加用膝神经脉冲神经调控治疗。对比两组疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分、关节活动度、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分低于对照组,关节活动度和临床总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨性膝关节炎患者实施O3水关节腔冲洗加膝神经脉冲神经调控治疗的效果良好,可缓解患者疼痛度,促进膝关节功能及关节活动度的改善。Objective:To study the effect of O3 water joint cavity flushing and knee nerve impulse neuromodulation therapy for osteoarthritis of the knee.Method:This study included 100 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee who were admitted from May 2017 to April 2020 in our hospital.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with O3 water joint cavity flushing treatment.The observation group was treated with knee nerve impulse neuromodulation.The pain score,knee function score,joint mobility and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the pain score and knee function score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the joint mobility and clinical total effective rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:O3 water joint cavity flushing plus knee nerve impulse neuromodulation therapy is effective in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee,which can alleviate the pain of the patients and promote the improvement of knee joint function and joint mobility.
