浅谈从脾论治少弱精子症

摘　　要：少弱精子症是男性不育症的主要类型,中西医结合治疗是该病诊治的新趋势,辨证论治是中医治疗少弱精子症的基本方法。医者的经验治疗是疾病治疗的重要部分,笔者经过多年的临床总结,认识到现代男性运化失调多见,与少弱精子症有极大的联系,而脾主运化,健脾在少弱精子症的治疗中可以起到事半功倍的效果。从脾论治是治疗少弱精子症普遍适用的重要治法。在辨证论治过程中,如有脾虚见证,则以健脾为法。如无脾虚见证,也可佐以健脾为法。Oligoasthenospermia is the main type of male infertility,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment is a new trend of diagnosis and treatment of the disease,syndrome differentiation is the basic method of TCM treatment of oligoasthenospermia.The experience treatment of doctors is an important part of disease treatment.After years of clinical summary,the author realizes that modern male transportation and transformation disorder is common,which is closely related to oligoasthenospermia,and the spleen governing transportation and transformation.Invigorating the spleen can get twice the result with half the effort in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia.In the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment,if there is a witness of spleen deficiency,invigorating the spleen is the method.Treatment from the spleen is an important method for the treatment of oligozoospermia and asthenospermia.If there is no evidence of spleen deficiency,it can also be accompanied by the method of invigorating the spleen.
