血标本溶血的原因及急诊采血的护理研究进展

摘　　要：在急诊采血过程中会因为血标本溶血而导致血液检验误差或失败,正确的血标本采集是急诊护理质量的保证之一。本文从穿刺部位、采血器具、采血方法、采血速度、止血带的使用及血标本的保存、运送等方面论述了造成血标本溶血的原因,并阐述了相应的急诊护理对策。In the process of emergency blood sampling,the blood specimen hemolysis will lead to the error or failure of the blood test.The right blood specimen collection is one of the guarantees of emergency nursing quality.In this article,the cause of hemolysis in a blood specimen was discussed from the aspects of puncture position,blood sampling apparatus,blood collection methods,blood velocity,the use of a tourniquet,the preservation and transport of blood specimen.The corresponding emergency nursing countermeasures were expounded.
