摘 要:通过氢氟酸-盐酸作为浸出剂对石油焦煅烧收尘粉进行提纯试验研究,分析了液固比、反应温度、HF体积含量、反应时间、原料粒度对收尘粉脱灰效果的影响。结果表明,当混酸与收尘粉的液固比为2.5 mL/g、HF体积含量为30%、反应温度为50℃、反应时间为50 min,原料粒度为-0.074 mm时除灰效果较好,平均灰分含量由2.6%下降至0.25%,收尘粉性能品位提升明显。The recovered dust produced by calcining petroleum coke was purified with hydrofluoric acid-hydrochloric acid as leaching agent,and the effects of liquid-solid ratio,reaction temperature,volume content of HF,reaction time and particle size of raw material on ash removal of the recovered dust were analyzed.The results show that when the liquid-solid ratio of mixed acid to recovered dust is 2.5mL/g,volume content of HF is 30%,reaction temperature is 50℃,reaction time is 50 min,and the particle size is-0.074 mm,the ash removal effect is better,the average ash content decreases from 2.6%to 0.25%,and the performance grade of the recovered dust is improved obviously.
