摘 要:提出一种钢管实时跟踪系统的构想,对各个机械设备所驱动的钢管动作建立仿真模型,以传感器反馈的设备实际位置作为输入,预测钢管的实时状态,并进行跟踪。介绍跟踪信息的存储、更新、呈现、修正及物料信息的申领、分配、识别与容错,并以钢管在辊道上的跟踪功能块为例进行说明。构想的钢管实时跟踪系统,主要用于解决当前钢管离散工位跟踪无法很好呈现现场的实时状态,且容易发生跟踪错乱的问题。A conception of the real-time steel tube tracking system is proposed.The simulation model of the tube movements as activated by various mechanical equipment is established.And the actual position of the equipment fed back by the sensor is used as the input so as to predict the real-time state of the tube for tracking.Described here in the paper are the details concerning the said tracking system,including storage,updating,presentation and amendment of the tracking information,and application,distribution,identification and fault-tolerance of the material information,all of which are explained with examples of the tracking function blocks for the steel tube as running on the roller conveyer.The said real-time steel tube tracking system as conceived will be mainly used to fix the problem that at present tracking of the tube discrete working station can not well present the real-time state of the site,which in all possibility leads to disordered tracking.
