摘　　要：特种设备的总体安全水平有待进一步提升,基于功能安全的安全防护技术可在其中发挥重要作用。对安全防护的技术内涵做了分析,统一并深化了对其概念的理解;简要综述了功能安全技术现状,明确了针对特种设备发展基于功能安全的安全防护技术的思路。介绍了“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目“特种设备安全防护系统功能安全保障关键技术研究”(2018YFC0808900)的研究目标、研究内容、阶段性成果,可为“十四五”进一步开展深入研究应用提供指导。Safety level of special equipment needs to be further improved,and safety protection technology based on functional safety can play an important role in it.The technical connotation of safety protection is analyzed,and the concept is unified and deepened.The current situation of functional safety technology is summarized,and the idea of developing functional safety based safety protection technology is proposed for special equipment.This paper introduces the research objectives,research contents and periodical results of the national key research and development program"Research on key technology of functional safety assurance of safety protection system for special equipment"(2018YFC0808900).It can provide guidance for further research and application during the 14th five year plan.
