简析电梯轿门独立监控信号的几种设计形式

摘　　要：TSG-T7007-2016《电梯型式试验规则》中提出,要求电梯具有符合相应要求的轿门独立监控信号功能,从而达到对轿门关闭状态进行可靠监控的目的。为实现该功能,不同厂家在进行制造或重大修理、改造时,采取了不同的设计方案。本文通过列举几种设计方案,并分别对其功能的符合性进行简要分析,来阐述“独立监控信号”的具体功能要求。According to the"Regulation for Type Test of Lifts"(TSG T7007—2016),the elevator is required to have the independent monitoring signal function of the car door in accordance with the corresponding requirements,so as to achieve the purpose of reliable monitoring of the closed state of the car door.In order to realize this function,different manufacturers adopt different design schemes during manufacturing or major repairs and transformations.In this paper,several design schemes are listed,and the compliance of their functions is analyzed briefly,to elaborate the specific functional requirements of"independent monitoring signal".
