摘  要:含碱有机废液焚烧炉在运行过程中出现耐火材料严重剥落现象,其主要原因是有机废液中大量的碱金属导致耐火材料严重腐蚀和破坏,影响耐火材料的使用寿命,对焚烧炉运行造成很大的安全隐患和经济损失。本文对耐火材料的种类、发展现状及碱金属对耐火材料腐蚀机理进行了介绍。针对有机废液焚烧工艺特点,提出了焚烧炉耐火材料防腐措施,为耐火材料使用寿命的提高和焚烧炉的安全运行提供科学依据和理论基础。Severe spalling of refractory materials occurs in the combustion process during the operation of the alkali-containing organic waste liquid incinerator.The main reason is that a large amount of alkali metals in organic waste liquid lead to serious corrosion and destruction of refractories,which affects the service life of refractories and causes great potential safety hazards and economic losses to the operation of incinerator.In this paper,the types,development status and erosion mechanism of refractories by alkali metals were introduced.According to the characteristics of organic waste liquid incineration process,suggestions on the anti-corrosion measures of refractories in incinerator were proposed,which provide scientific and theoretical basis for prolonging the service life of refractories and safe operation of incinerator.
