摘 要:制氢转化炉辐射段炉管由于长期在高温环境中服役,易发生蠕变开裂和减薄等问题而导致管件失效,造成大量的经济损失,存在很大的安全隐患。本文着重介绍了国内外现有的制氢转化炉炉管的服役性能无损检测方法,并对比了几种常用检测方法的优缺点。通过调研国内外检测方法,本文认为炉管检测方法的发展方向应综合使用超声和蠕胀测量等无损检测方法,并以爬壁自动化检测为主,才能实现对炉管的高效准确检测及评价。The creep rupture and thinning easily happen in hydrogen reformer furnace radiation section tubes due to long-time service in high-temperature environments,and further lead to the failure of reformer tubes.The failure not only causes a large number of economic losses,but also has many other potential safety problems.In this paper,the existing nondestructive testing methods at home and abroad on in-service performance of hydrogen reformer furnace tubes are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages between several common inspection methods are compared.After investigating these inspection methods,we point out that the furnace tubes detection method should comprehensively use non-destructive testing measurements,such as ultrasonic testing and creep measurement and other methods,and the testing technology of wall climbing is the main method to achieve efficient and accurate detection of the furnace tubes.
