摘 要:为促进纺织材料在健康监测技术方面的应用与创面治疗效果的提升,在分析国内外相关文献的基础上,总结了目前一些智能敷料的制备方法及其功能性特点,并根据监控创面微环境指标的数量及种类不同,综述了智能敷料的研发进展。在对现有代表性研究成果分析的基础上,指出了未来智能敷料领域发展中需要解决的问题。认为:对智能敷料的研究应加快纺织结构传感器的医疗转化,在保证灵敏性和准确性的前提下实现对多个微环境指标的同时监控。In order to promote the application of textile materials in healthy monitoring technology field and the improvement of wound therapeutic effect,the preparation method of current intelligent dressing and their functional characteristics were summarized based on the analyses of related articles at home and abroad.Moreover,by monitoring on the wound different micro environmental indexes quantity and category,the development progress of intelligent dressing was reviewed.Based on the analyses of existing representative research results,the problems that needed to be solved in future intelligent dressing field development were pointed out.It is considered that the research of intelligent dressing should accelerate the medical transformation of textile structural sensor.Under the premise of sensitivity and accuracy,the monitoring of multiple micro environmental indexes can be achieved at the same time.
