摘 要:探讨稀硫酸预处理对棉纤维素聚合度和结晶结构的影响。结合广角X射线衍射仪和红外光谱仪的高斯函数分峰拟合法,研究了酸预处理后棉纤维素的晶型和氢键模式的变化。结果表明:稀硫酸预处理60 min后,棉纤维素聚合度由1621降低到431,结晶度由80.35%增加到83.28%,棉纤维素在NMMO溶液中的溶解度从2%提高到7%。认为:稀硫酸预处理可以明显降低棉纤维素的聚合度,进而提升其溶解度。The influences of dilute sulphuric acid treatment on the polymerization degree and crystalline structure of cotton cellulose were discussed.Combining the gaussian function fractional peak fitting method of wide angle X-ray diffractometer and infrared spectrometer,the changes of crystal form and hydrogen bond modal for cotton cellulose after acid pre-treatment were studied.The test results showed that the polymerization degree of cotton cellulose was decreased from 1621 to 431,the crystallinity degree was increased from 80.35%to 83.28%after 60 min dilute sulphuric acid treatment.The solubility of cotton cellulose in NMMO solution was increased from 2%to 7%.It is considered that the polymerization degree can be obviously decreased with dilute sulphuric acid treatment then the solubility can be improved.
