摘　　要：研究一种平纱段彩纱的简易生产方法。在赛络集聚纺细纱机上,通过对细纱后胶辊、喇叭口、横动装置、异形管等专件器材进行改造,结合细纱后区牵伸工艺的创新应用,实现不同颜色的两种粗纱交替循环变速喂入中罗拉,开发出色彩循环变化的段彩纱产品。认为:此方法生产出的段彩纱具有线密度均匀、条干好、强力高、毛羽好等特点,其品质比传统段彩纱有明显提升。A simple production method of flat segement colored yarn was studied.On siro condensed spinning machine table,through the modification of special parts such as spinning back rubber-covered roll,bell,traverse motion device and special-shaped tube,innovative application combined with drafting process in the back zone of spinning,two kinds of different color rovings were fed to the middle roller alternately at a variable speed,segment colored yarn with cyclic color changes was developed.It is considered that the segment colored yarn has characteristics of uniform linear density,better evenness,higher strength and less hairiness,its quality is significantly improved compared with traditional segment colored yarn.
