摘 要:探讨涤纶织物表面改性方法的研究现状。详细综述了表面氧化法、表面水解法、表面接枝改性法、表面物理处理法等目前主要的表面改性方法,并分别介绍这些方法主要研究进展及其优缺点。认为:涤纶织物改性可为涤纶织物亲水、防静电、抗熔滴等改性及阻燃、抗菌除臭、防紫外、催化、导电等功能化应用奠定基础。低成本、有效的表面化学改性将是以后发展方向。Surface modification method research status of polyester fabric was discussed.The current main surface modification methods such as surface oxidation method,surface hydrolysis method,surface graft modification method and surface physical treatment method were reviewed in detail.The main research progress of these methods and their advantages&disadvantages were respectively introduced.It is considered that the modification of polyester fabric can lay the foundation for the modification of polyester fabrics such as hydrophilic,antistatic,anti-melt dripping,and conductive applications such as flame retardant,antibacterial and deodorant,anti-ultraviolet,catalysis andconduct electricity.Low-cost and effective surface chemical modification will be the future development direction.
