摘　　要：目的翻译英文版1型糖尿病相关心理困扰量表(T1-DDS),并对中文版T1-DDS进行信效度评价。方法严格遵循量表引进原则,对T1-DDS进行翻译、回译和跨文化调适,形成中文版T1-DDS。方便抽取三级甲等医院261例成人1型糖尿病患者进行调查,评价量表的信效度。结果中文版T1-DDS的Cronbachα系数为0.932,各维度Cronbachα系数为0.798~0.890;量表共28个条目,探索性因子分析提取7个公因子,累积方差贡献率为68.439%;量表总分与WHO-5量表评分呈负相关(r值为-0.899,P<0.01)。结论中文版T1-DDS具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评价国内成人1型糖尿病患者的心理困扰程度。Objective To translate the Type 1-Diabetes Distress Scale(T1-DDS),and assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of T1-DDS.Methods The Chinese version of T1-DDS was developed through the process of translation,back-translation and cross-cultural adaptation through the strict scale introduction principles.Results Cronbach alpha coefficient for the overall Chinese version scale was 0.932,and each domain′s Cronbach alpha coefficient ranged from 0.798 to 0.890.The Chinese version scale was extracted for 7 factors and 28 items by the exploratory factor analysis,the cumulative contribution rate was 68.439%.The score of the Chinese version scale was significantly associated with the WHO-5 score(r value was-0.899,P<0.01).Conclusions The Chinese version of T1-DDS has been proved to be reliable and valid.It can be used for measuring the level of psychological distress in adults with type 1 diabetes.
