孕前分娩恐惧量表的汉化及其在大学生人群中的信效度评价

摘　　要：目的汉化孕前分娩恐惧量表(CFPP),并检验中文版CFPP量表在大学生人群中的信效度。方法遵循Brislin翻译模式将英文版CFPP量表翻译、回译,并通过文化调适形成最初汉化版。采用便利抽样,对527名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果中文版CFPP量表共10个条目,3个维度(对疼痛和失控、对并发症、对分娩后身体变化的恐惧)。量表条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.8~1.0,总量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.96。探索性及验证性因子分析结果显示该量表的结构效度良好。CFPP量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.916,重测信度为0.871。各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.815~0.907,重测信度为0.782-0.803。结论中文版CFPP量表在我国大学生人群中具有良好的信效度,为评估孕前分娩恐惧提供了重要参考。Objective The aim of this study was to localize the Childbirth Fear-Prior to Pregnancy(CFPP)scale and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the CFPP among college students.Methods The English version of the CFPP was translated,back-translated following the Brislin model,and cultural adaptation was performed to develop a Chinese version.527 college students were surveyed by convenient sampling.Results There were three dimensions and 10 items in Chinese version of CFPP(fear of pain and loss of control,fear of complications and fear of physical changes after delivery).The item content validity index(I-CVI)was 0.8-1.0,and the scale content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.96.The results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale had good structural validity.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the CFPP scale was 0.916,and the test-retest reliability was 0.871.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of each dimension was0.815-0.907,and the test-retest reliability was 0.782-0.803.Conclusion The Chinese version of CFPP scale had good reliability and validity among Chinese college students,which would provide an important reference for the assessment of fear of childbirth before pregnancy.
