摘　　要：目的分析乙型流感病毒在佛山地区的流行特征。方法收集2012-2019年佛山市流感监测哨点医院采集的流感样病例标本,采用实时荧光RT-PCR检测流感病毒,应用SPSS软件对检测结果进行统计分析,组间率的比较采用χ2检验。结果2012-2019共检测流感样病例咽拭子标本9222份,乙流阳性率为5.73%,其中BV阳性率为2.21%,BY阳性率为3.52%。在佛山地区,春夏冬均可能为乙流的流行季节。幼托儿童,小学生为乙流的主要易感人群。不同谱系的乙流毒株在男女之间阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论佛山地区乙流的两个谱系均有流行。本地区乙流的流行季节性明显。应加强对重点易感人群疫苗接种。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza B virus in Foshan.Methods Samples of influenza-like cases from Foshan influenza surveillance sentinel hospital from 2012 to 2019 were collected,and real-time fluorescent RT-PCR was used to detect influenza viruses.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the test results,and the comparison between groups was performed using theχ2 test.Results 9222 throat swabs of influenza like cases were detected in 2012-2019,with a positive Influenza B rate of 5.73%,including 2.21%for BV and3.52%for BY.In Foshan area,spring,summer,and winter may be the epidemic season of influenza B.Studies of different occupations and ages showed that children in kindergartens and primary school students were the main susceptible population of influenza B.There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rates of different strains of influenza B strains between men and women.Conclusion Both pedigrees of influenza B in Foshan were prevalent.The epidemic season of influenza B was obvious in this area.Vaccination of key susceptible groups should be strengthened.
