摘  要:设计了一种新型燃烧器,并对其在不同氧气过剩系数下的燃烧特性进行数值模拟,得到不同工况下炉膛的温度场、流场及CO2浓度场.研究结果表明:采用纯氧助燃的新型燃烧器能较好地形成平焰,通过模拟与实验结果的对比验证了模型的准确性;氧气过剩系数地增大,缩小了燃气管下方回流区的面积,提高燃料与氧气的混合效率,减小火焰黑心区域的范围;综合炉膛内温度分布与CO2浓度,当过剩系数为1.15时更有利于平焰燃烧.A new type of burner was designed and its combustion characteristics under different oxygen excess coefficients were numerically simulated to obtain the temperature field,flow field and CO2 concentration field of the furnace under different working conditions.The results show that the new burner with pure oxygen combustion can form a flat flame well.The accuracy of the model was verified by comparison between the simulation and the experimental results.The increase of oxygen excess coefficient reduced the area of the recirculation zone below the gas pipe,improved the mixing efficiency of fuel and oxygen,and reduced the range of the black area of the flame;the temperature distribution and CO2 concentration in the integrated furnace were more conducive to flat flame combustion when the excess coefficient was 1.15.
