摘 要:以N300-16.65/537/537常规燃煤机组为原型,提出了新的槽式太阳能与燃煤系统集成方案,即分别为槽式太阳能集热场加热小汽轮机排汽之后形成的凝结水取代部分一号高压加热器回热抽汽(方案一)、全部取代小汽轮机的回热抽汽(方案二)、直接进入汽轮机低压缸进行集成发电(方案三)3种集成方案。根据等效焓降法计算和比较了集成系统在变工况下的热经济性指标,并对3种集成方案进行了技术经济性分析。结果表明:在100%汽轮机热耗验收(THA)工况下集成方案一的热经济性指标较好,能源平均成本最低,故方案一是该发电方式的最佳集成方案,是火电机组进行节能减排的一条有效途径。Based on the prototype of N300-16.65/537/537 conventional coal-fired units,a new integrated trough solar energy and coal-fired system was proposed.Specifically,there are three integration schemes,under which the condensate water formed after the steam exhaust of the small turbine is heated by the trough solar power.Under three schemes,the heated water partially replaces that undergoes the heat recovery and steam extraction of the No.1 high pressure heater(Scheme 1),completely replaces that undergoes the heat recovery and steam extraction of the small turbine(Scheme 2),and directly enters the low-pressure cylinder of the turbine for the integrated power generation(Scheme 3),respectively.By using the equivalent enthalpy drop method,the thermal economy indexes of the integrated system under variable working conditions were calculated and compared.The technical and economic performance of the three schemes was analyzed.The results show that the integration Scheme 1 leads to relatively high thermal and economic index and the lowest levelized energy cost(LEC)under the condition of 100%THA(turbine heat acceptance).Therefore,scheme 1 is the best integration scheme,and the proposed integration method is an effective way to save energy and reduce emission of thermal power units.
