摘  要:以贵州煤矸石酸浸液中铝铁物质的量比为参考,分析纯FeSO4·7H2O和Al2(SO4)3·18H2O为原料,制备无机高分子聚合硫酸铝铁絮凝剂(PAFS);研究了铝铁总质量浓度、温度和pH值对PAFS盐基度的影响,得出了n(Al)∶n(Fe)为2.4时制备PAFS的工艺条件为铝铁反应总质量浓度为320 g/L~820 g/L,pH值为2.3,温度为60℃,并将在此工艺条件下制备的絮凝剂产品用于处理煤泥废水。结果表明:在350 r/min下搅拌1.5 min、投加量为80 mg/L及pH值为6.0~8.0条件下制得PAFS的余浊度最低,与市售水处理剂处理煤泥废水做了对比,发现自制PAFS的水处理效果明显优于市售絮凝剂的水处理效果;利用傅立叶红外变换(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)对上述实验条件下制备的分子结构和微观形貌及铁的价态进行了表征,进一步确定了该产品为PAFS。Based on the molar ratio of aluminum to iron in the acid leaching solution of coal gangue in Guizhou Province,inorganic polymer flocculant polyaluminum ferric sulfate(PAFS)was prepared by using analytically pure FeSO4·7H2O and Al2(SO4)3·18H2O as raw materials.First,the effects of the total mass concentration of aluminum and iron,temperature,and pH value on the product basicity were studied,and the conditions for the PAFS preparation when the ratio of n(Al)∶n(Fe)was 2.4 were obtained:the total mass concentration of aluminum-iron reaction corresponding to 320 g/L~820 g/L,the pH value corresponding to 2.3,and the temperature corresponding to 60℃.Then,the flocculant products prepared under these condition was used to treat the slime wastewater.The results show that the treated slime wastewater have the lowest residual turbidity under the condition that the stirring rate corresponding to 1.5 min at 350 r/min,the dosing concentration corresponding to 80 mg/L,and the pH value ranging from 6.0 to 8.0.The slime wastewater treatment by using the flocculant products under these condition were compared with that by using the commercially available water treatment agent,and it is found that the self-made PAFS-based material is significantly better than the commercially available flocculant.Last,the molecular structure and micro-morphology of the prepared flocculant products under the above experimental conditions are characterized by using fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the prepared products are further identified as PAFS.This simulation system laid the foundation for the preparation of the aluminum-iron flocculants from acid leaching of the coal gangue.
