甲状腺功能亢进症应用黄芪酸枣仁汤治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进症应用黄芪酸枣仁汤治疗效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月秦皇岛市中医医院收治的甲状腺功能亢进症患者280例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=135)和观察组(n=145),对照组给予甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用黄芪酸枣仁汤进行干预,并数据比较2组患者最后的临床结局。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率为97.93%(142/145)显著高于对照组86.67%(117/135),(P<0.05);研究患者治疗后血清甲状腺素中TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4指标均低于对照组,TSH高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在干预后,获得的各项中医症候积分,相较于对照组明显较低(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为2.07%(3/145)显著小于对照组11.85%(16/135)(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪酸枣仁汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的里才能效果确切,应用后可显著改善患者清甲状腺素水平,减少患者不良反应情况,可推广使用。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Suanzaoren Decoction on hyperthyroidism.Methods:A total of 280 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the randomization method,the patients were divided into a control group(n=135)and an observation group(n=145).For example,the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine(metizole),and the observation group was intervened with Huangqi Suanzaoren Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the final clinical outcomes of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.93%(142/145),which was significantly higher than that of the control group,86.67%(117/135),(P<0.05);after treatment,the TT3,TT4,FT3,and FT4 indexes of serum thyroxine of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and TSH was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention of the patients in the observation group,the scores of various TCM syndromes obtained were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.07%(3/145),which was significantly lower than that in the control group,11.85%(16/135),(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Suanzaoren Decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of hyperthyroidism.After application,it can significantly improve the level of thyroxine in patients and reduce the adverse reactions of patients.It can be widely used.
