基于中医传承辅助平台分析《万氏妇人科》产后病用药经验

摘　　要：目的:探讨万全《万氏妇人科》治疗产后病的处方用药规律。方法:运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),将《万氏妇人科》中治疗产后病的55首方剂录入,利用该软件的集成规则分析、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类数据分析等方法分析挖掘明代万全治疗妇人产后病的用药经验。结果:对55首方剂进行数据分析,药物甘草、当归、人参分别是单味药物使用频次的前3位。药物组合排列前3的分别为人参、甘草;生姜、甘草;甘草、当归。提取到3个治疗产后病的新处方:蒲黄、红花、人参、牡丹皮、补骨脂;川芎、香附、延胡索、牡丹皮、补骨脂;甘草、陈皮、干姜、牡丹皮、补骨脂。结论:万全以益气养血为治疗产后病的主要治法,根据不同兼证加减治疗,同时药物配伍甘平缓和。Objective:To analyze and excavate the prescription law of WanShi FuRenKe in the treatment of postpartum disease by using TCM inheritance assistant platform.Methods:By collecting prescriptions of WanShi FuRenKe to treat postpartum,55 prescriptions were input into TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5).The data of medication rule was mined by his integrated rule analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering data analysis and other methods to analyze and mine the drug use experience of WanQuan in the treatment postpartum diseases in the Ming Dynasty.Results:According to the data analysis of 55 prescriptions,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Angelicae and Radix Ginseng were the most frequently used herbs.The top 3 herbs combinations were Radix Ginseng and Radix Glycyrrhizae;Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Angelicae.A total of 3 new prescriptions for postpartum disease were extracted:Polen Typhae,Flos Carthami,Radix Ginseng,Cortex Moutan Radicis and Fructus Psoraleae;Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Cyperi,Rhizoma Corydalis,Cortex Moutan Radicis,Fructus Psoraleae;Radix Glycyrrhizae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Rhizoma Zingiberis,Cortex Moutan Radicis,Fructus Psoraleae.Conclusion:WanQuan takes nourishing qi and blood as the main treatment method for postpartum diseases,adding and subtracting treatment according to different syndromes.Meanwhile,the compatibility of drugs is smooth and mild.
