摘 要:以双酚A-双(二苯基磷酸酯)(BDP)为酸源,季戊四醇(PER)为碳源,钙铝水滑石(CaAl-LDHs)为气源并增强固炭能力,配制成新型膨胀型阻燃体系(IFR),用于乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的阻燃。利用垂直燃烧仪(UL-94)、极限氧指数仪(LOI)、热重分析仪(TGA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能试验机等对无卤阻燃EVA复合材料的结构与性能进行研究。结果表明,添加适量的CaAl-LDHs有固炭作用;当阻燃剂体系BDP/PER/CaAl-LDHs的添加量为50%(质量分数),质量比为1/2/22时,复合材料LOI为27,UL-94达到V-0级别,拉伸强度为10.76 MPa,断裂伸长率为96.58%;添加4%(质量分数)的PER能促进复合材料成炭且形成的炭层结构更加致密完整,使得复合材料的阻燃性能更优异。In this paper,bisphenol A-bis(diphenyl phosphate)(BDP),pentaerythritol(PER),and calcium-aluminum hydrotalcite(CaAl-LDHs)were employed to construct a new type of intumescent flame retardant system(IFR)as acid source,carbon source,gas source with carbon-fixing,respectively,which was used for flame retardancy of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA).Vertical combustion instrument(UL-94),oxygen index analyzer(LOI),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and universal testing machine were applied to characterize the structure and performance of non-halogen flame-retardant EVA composites.The results indicated that adding a proper amount of CaAl-LDHs had carbon-fixing effect.When BDP/PER/CaAl-LDHs mass ratio was 1/2/22 and the total addition amount was 50 wt.%,limit oxygen index,vertical combustion,tensile strength and elongation at break reached 27,V-0 level,10.76 MPa,96.58%,respectively.Moreover,adding 4wt.%PER could promote the formation of carbon in the EVA composite,whose structure was more compact and complete,leading to better flame retardancy of the EVA composite.
