摘  要:将丁二烯-丙烯腈-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂溶解于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)法分析测定ABS树脂中的三种主要残留单体含量。并且通过交叉实验,优化HS-GC的分离条件以及顶空进样器运行参数。结果表明,使用该方法测定ABS树脂中三种残留单体的平均回收率为98%,检出限为0.5 mg/kg。该方法具有方便快捷、准确度高等优点。ABS resin was dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF).The main residual monomer content in butadiene acrylonitrile styrene(ABS)resin was determined by headspace gas chromatography(HS-GC).The separation conditions of headspace gas chromatography and the operating parameters of headspace sampler were obtained by experimental optimization.The average recovery of the three residual monomers in ABS resin was 98%,and the detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg.The method is simple,quick and accurate.
