摘 要:基于胶乳/炭黑湿法混合技术制备橡胶/炭黑复合材料在近十年来受到了重视,国内外在此领域开展了深入的实验室研究和工业化探索。本文根据湿法混合的核心技术特点,回顾介绍了国内外湿法混炼技术的研究进展,尤其是在炭黑表面改性、炭黑分散方法改进、优化混炼工艺条件等方面的研究工作,指出了当前湿法混炼技术在炭黑分散、加工工艺优化、缩短生产周期、降低三废与提高产品质量性能中存在的问题,并对橡胶/炭黑湿法混炼的低碳节能环保发展前景提出了展望。The preparation of rubber/carbon black composite materials based on the latex/carbon black wet mixing technology has attracted great attention in the past decade.In-depth laboratory research and industrialization exploration have been carried out in this field at home and abroad.According to the core technical characteristics of wet mixing,this paper reviewed the research work on wet mixing technology from the viewpoints of carbon black surface modification,carbon black dispersion method improvement,and optimization of mixing process conditions.The problems of current wet mixing technology were also pointed out,including carbon black dispersion,processing technology optimization,shortening production cycle,reducing three wastes and improving product quality and performance.Finally,the prospects for the development of low-carbon,energy-saving and environment friendly rubber/carbon black wet mixing were prospected.
