摘  要:对α-甲基苯乙烯(AMS)与过氧化氢异丙苯(CHP)合成过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的反应过程及2个副反应进行了介绍,并通过考察副反应AMS自聚的反应条件,确定了加成反应的温度范围和催化剂用量等约束条件,然后对加成反应的工艺条件进行优化,确定w(催化剂)=0.2%、投料比n(AMS)∶n(CHP)=2.5、t=45℃、t=3.5 h时,CHP的转化率为98.2%,选择性为61.2%。In this paper,the reaction process of synthesizing dicumyl peroxide(DCP)fromα-methylstyrene(AMS)and cumene hydroperoxide(CHP)and two side reactions were introduced.Through the investigation of the reaction conditions of AMS self polymerization,the temperature range of addition reaction and the amount of catalyst were determined.Then the process conditions of the addition reaction were optimized.The conversion rate of CHP was 98.2%and the selectivity was 61.2%,when the amount of catalyst added was 0.2%,the feed ratio was 2.5,the reaction temperature was 45℃and the reaction time was 3.5 h.
