摘 要:以环庚酮和盐酸羟胺反应制备环庚酮肟,再用Pd负载量5%的Pd/C对环庚酮肟进行催化加氢制备环庚胺。实验结果表明,Pd负载量5%的Pd/C对环庚酮肟催化加氢反应具有良好的催化活性,最佳工艺条件为t=50℃、p=0.5 MPa,t=8 h,总收率可达到98%。该工艺具有后处理方便、产品收率高、纯度高及便于工业化生产等优点。Cycloheptamine was produced from catalytic reaction of cycloheptanone oxime by Pd/C with 5%Pd loading.Cyclohexanone oxime was prepared by the reaction of cyclohexanone with hydroxylamine hydrochloride.The reaction process and results show that Pd/C with 5%Pd loading has good catalytic activity for the hydrogenation of cyclohexanone oxime.The optimum reaction conditions are 50℃and 0.5 MPa for 8 h,and the total yield can reach 98%.The process has the advantages of convenient post-treatment,high yield,high purity and easy industrial production.
