浅析房建项目成本预控方案的编制要点

摘　　要：国内房建市场竞争日益成熟,在项目竞标过程中往往以极低利润中标,这就要求施工企业提升成本管控,而成本预控是确保企业实现既定盈利目标的重要手段。对此,本文以某建筑项目成本预控方案为例,结合项目成本管理经验,从项目管理模式入手建立成本管控体系,重点围绕施工方案与材料管控展开探讨,为房建项目的成本预控编制提供参考。IThe competition in the domestic housing construction market is becoming more and more mature,and in the process of project bidding,construction enterprises are often awarded the bid with very low profit,which requires construction enterprises to enhance cost management and control.In this paper,a construction project cost pre-control program as an example,combined with the experience of project cost management,starting from the project management model to establish a cost management system,focusing on the construction program and materials management to launch a discussion,it provides a reference for the preparation of cost pre-control of housing construction project.
