摘  要:采用含锌银锰矿制备硫酸锰溶液,浸出液中Zn^2+含量高,制备硫酸锰产品前溶液须净化除锌。研究了硫酸锰溶液除锌工艺方法,探讨除锌过程金属锰粉用量、pH值、温度、反应时间对硫酸锰溶液中Zn^2+去除效果的影响,并比较了不同的除锌工艺。研究表明:用金属锰粉除锌,溶液的pH值为4.0,金属锰粉用量为2.0倍理论量,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为75 min时,硫酸锰溶液中Zn^2+的去除率可达到98.7%,结晶得到硫酸锰产品中的锌含量仅为16.67×10-6;通过与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(乙硫氮)、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(SDD)、硫化钠除锌工艺的比较,对于高锌硫酸锰溶液,采用金属锰粉置换法除锌优于硫化沉淀法。The manganese sulfate solution was prepared from silver manganese ore containing zinc,and the zinc content in the leaching solution was high.Before the preparation of manganese sulfate,the solution must be purified and zinc removed.This paper discusses about the process of zinc removal from manganese sulfate solution,including the influence of manganese powder dosage,pH value,temperature and reaction time on the removal effect of Zn^2+in manganese sulfate solution.It also compares different zinc removal processes.The results show that,when the solution pH value is 4.0,the amount of metal manganese powder is 2.0 times the theoretical amount,the reaction temperature is 30℃and the reaction time is 75 minutes.The removal rate of Zn^2+in the manganese sulfate solution can reach 98.7%,and the zinc content in the manganese sulfate product is only 16.67×10-6.Compared with the zinc removal process of ethylthio nitrogen,SDD and sodium sulfide,we have known that the method of metal manganese powder replacement is better than sulfide precipitation method with regard to manganese sulfate solution with high concentrations of Zn^2+.
