摘　　要：肩关节疼痛是临床常见疾病,病因多种,治疗方法多样,神经阻滞疗法是其主要治疗措施,具有操作简单、安全、疗效可靠的优点。本文包括肩关节的骨骼、肌肉与神经的解剖,详细介绍了不同部位的盲探与影像引导的神经阻滞方法,强调超声引导的可靠性,并介绍适应证、禁忌证与注意事项。Shoulder joint pain is a common disease in clinic.Its causes and treatments are different,in which the nerve block therapy is the main method with simple operation,safety,and reliable efficacy.The anatomy of shoulder bone,muscle and nerve is explained firstly,then the nerve block techniques of different shoulder part with blind method or imaging-guide are introduced in details,with emphasizing the reliability of ultrasound-guide puncture,and the indications,contraindications and notices are also introduced.
