摘 要:针对目前规范中没有复合浇注式沥青钢桥面铺装技术状况评价标准的现状,通过激光断面仪、摩擦因数检测车等现代化检测设备,对南京四桥铺装层历年使用性能进行检测与分析。运用层次分析法构建了南京四桥钢桥面铺装使用性能评价模型,结合专家评分法确定各项评价指标权重,优化了复合浇注式沥青钢桥面铺装层使用性能评价等级,并给出了铺装建议的养护决策树和养护强度措施。实践表明:合理的钢桥面铺装状况评价为后续铺装层的养护决策奠定基础,合理的养护决策对保证铺装层的使用性能和耐久性有着重要意义。In view of the present situation that there is no evaluation standard for the technical conditon of composite gussaphalt steel deck pavement in the current specification,the steel deck pavement performance of Nanjing fourth Yangtze River Bridge was tested and analyzed by modern testing equipment such as laser surface texture measurement and friction coefficient testing vehicle.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was adopted to construct the evaluation model of steel deck pavement of Nanjing fourth Yangtze River Bridge.By means of expert evaluation method,the evaluation index weights were determined,then the performance evaluation of composite gussaphalt steel deck pavement was optimized.Recommended maintenance decision tree and maintenance strength measure were given as well.The practice showed that reasonable evaluation of steel deck pavement condition laid a foundation for the subsequent maintenance decision and the reasonable maintenance measure has be of great significance to ensure the pavement performance and durability.
