摘　　要：针对基于CATIA二次开发的设计平台存在的尺寸关系与零件模型对照不够直观、设计过程与建模过程不够紧密等问题,提出一种在二次开发中融合VRML技术的方法,以实现模型的三维浏览。以三球销式万向节为例,展示了应用效果,为二次开发工作提供了新的设计方法。Aiming at the problems that the dimensional relationship between the design platform based on the secondary development of CATIA and the part model is not intuitive enough,the design process and the modeling process are not close enough,a method of integrating VRML technology in the secondary development is proposed to realize the model 3D browsing.Taking the three-ball pin universal joint as an example,the application effect is demonstrated and a new design method is provided for the secondary development work.
