摘  要:以某企业的T-V855立式加工中心为研究对象,用虚拟介质法计算出机床结合面的动力学参数,建立整机有限元模型,进行模态分析,获得前6阶固有频率与振型。进行了T-V855立式加工中心实验模态测试,由实验结果与模型仿真结果对比可知,实验模态测试结果和整机有限元仿真的结果一致,最大误差为8.7%,验证了考虑机床结合面的整机有限元模型的合理性和正确性,同时对机床进行了谐响应分析,确定机床的关键部件为主轴箱与立柱,为后续机床二次设计提供了理论基础与方向。Taking the T-V855 vertical machining center of an enterprise as the research object,the dynamic parameters of the joint surface of the machine tool are calculated by the virtual medium method.The finite element model of the whole machine is established,and the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained by modal analysis.The experimental modal test of T-V855 vertical machining center is carried out.By comparing the experimental results with the model simulation results,the experimental modal test results are consistent with the finite element simulation results of the whole machine,and the maximum error is 8.7%.It verifies the rationality and correctness of the finite element model of the machine tool considering the joint surface of the machine tool.At the same time,the harmonic response analysis of the machine tool is carried out,and it is found that the key parts of the machine tool are the main parts.The axle box and column provide a theoretical basis and direction for the secondary design of machine tools.
