摘  要:针对目前电动钻机系统设备资料多、系统设备资料信息查询困难的问题,研制了电动钻机系统设备信息识别系统,油田用户可手持RFID防爆识别终端在钻机现场迅速查看钻机系统设备的资料信息,并且系统配置云服务器用于后台存储系统设备资料,具有远程数据查询和下载功能。该系统可用于协助油田用户迅速查找现场设备出现的问题,提醒油田用户及时对设备进行维护保养,准确快速地采购易损件和损坏件,可以保证设备稳定运行,减少停钻时间,提高钻井效率,创造良好的经济效益。In view of the fact that there are many equipment data of electric drilling rig system,and it is difficult to quickly find system equipment data information,the electric drilling rig system equipment information identification system is developed.Oilfield users can hold RFID explosion-proof identification terminal to quickly check the data information of the drilling rig system equipment at the drilling rig site.The system configuration cloud server is used to store system equipment data in the background,which has the functions of remote data query and download.The system can also be used to assist oilfield users to quickly find problems with on-site equipment,remind oilfield users to maintain equipment in a timely manner,and purchase vulnerable and damaged parts accurately and quickly.The stable operation of the equipment is guaranteed,the drilling stop time is reduced,the drilling efficiency is improved,and good economic benefits are created.
