地铁用公铁两用车辆铁路走行装置设计与研究

摘　　要：针对地铁线路维护和救援使用工况,介绍一种基于普通重型汽车底盘改装的公铁两用车辆铁路走行装置。该系统主要由副车架、驱动转向架及提升机构、从动转向架及提升机构、液压系统、电气系统等组成。文中详细分析了从动转向架及提升机构、驱动转向架及提升机构的组成和功能原理,并利用有限元软件对主要受力构件进行了受力分析。In view of the maintenance and rescue conditions of metro lines,this paper introduces a kind of railway running device of road-railway dual-purpose vehicle,which is convenient to refit the chassis of ordinary heavy-duty vehicle.This device is mainly composed of sub-frame,driving bogie and lifting mechanism,driven bogie and lifting mechanism,hydraulic system and electrical system.The composition and functional principle of sub-frame,driving bogie and lifting mechanism are analyzed,and the finite element software is used to analyze the force of bogie.
