摘  要:针对目前电动钻机柴油发电机组动力系统运行成本高、柴油燃烧污染环境、电源单一的问题,提出采用柴油发电机组动力系统+工业高压电网动力系统的冗余供电设计方案,在工业高压电网覆盖的钻井区域采用工业高压电网动力系统为钻机供电,节约供电成本,减少环境污染。在工业高压电网无法覆盖的偏僻钻井区域采用柴油发电机组动力系统为钻机供电。柴油发电机组动力系统或工业高压电网动力系统任意一个出现故障时不影响另一个投入使用。采用动力系统冗余设计将大大降低供电成本、减少环境污染、提高钻机供电电源的可靠性,保证钻机安全可靠运行,创造良好的经济效益。Aiming at the problems of high operating cost of power system of diesel generator set of electric drilling rig,environmental pollution caused by diesel combustion and single power supply,the redundant power supply design scheme of diesel generator set power system and industrial high voltage power grid power system is proposed.In the drilling area covered by industrial high-voltage power grid,the power system of industrial high-voltage power grid is used to supply power for drilling rig,save the cost of power supply,reduce environmental pollution.In remote drilling areas that cannot be covered by industrial high-voltage power grid,the power system of diesel generator set is used to supply power for drilling rig.Failure of either diesel generator set power system or industrial high voltage power grid power system will not affect the operation of the other one.The redundant design of power system will greatly reduce the cost of power supply,reduce environmental pollution,improve the reliability of power supply for drilling rig,ensure safe and reliable operation of drilling rig,create good economic benefits.
