工程机械液压系统容积调速回路分析

摘　　要：根据液压传动的相关知识,结合工程机械的工作状况,分析了工程机械液压系统容积调速回路的特点。针对工程机械液压系统3种不同的容积调速回路,从液压传动的相关理论出发,进行了参数的推理,得出了相应的数学表达式,分析了其回路特性并给出了回路的特性曲线,通过实例阐述了其在工程机械液压系统中的应用。According to relevant knowledge of hydraulic transmission,this paper analyzes features of volume speed regulation circuit of hydraulic system in a construction machinery based on working conditions of construction machinery.Aimed at the three kinds of volume speed regulation circuit of hydraulic system of construction machinery,relevant theory of hydraulic transmission is used to research reasoning involving different parameters and obtain relevant arithmetic expression.Characteristics of the circuits are analyzed and their curves are given.Furthermore,application of the above-mentioned circuits in hydraulic system of construction machinery is discussed.
