摘　　要：针对某型飞机座舱盖操纵作动筒试验过程中发生的零件损伤故障,对座舱盖操纵作动筒活塞杆开锁后,活塞杆的运动冲击对产品造成的影响进行分析。通过对活塞杆运动过程瞬时冲击力的计算、冲击力对作动筒内零件的影响进行仿真分析及对产品实物零件损伤检查,确定了活塞杆在无保护状态下开锁的损伤影响及修复可行性,明确了后续产品试验安装要求。In order to solve the part damage failure during the test of a certain aircraft canopy operating actuator cylinder,after unlocking the canopy operating actuator cylinder piston rod,the impact of the movement of the piston rod on the product is analyzed.Through the calculation of the instantaneous impact force during the movement of the piston rod and the simulation analysis of the impact force on the parts in the actuator cylinder,the physical parts of the product are inspected for damage.The damage effect of unlocking the piston rod under the unprotected state and the feasibility demonstration of repair are determined,and the subsequent product test installation requirements are clarified.
