基于空间句法的城中村公共空间优化研究——以济南沃家社区为例

摘　　要："城中村"是中国高速城市化的产物,是都市中的不和谐音符,是简单的拆除重建还是活化再生,成为摆在城市决策者和设计者面前的重要课题。本文结合空间句法技术,通过实地调研,对济南沃家社区这一"城中村"公共空间的更新优化进行研究。借助Depthmap软件,分析城中村公共空间的线段整合度和可理解度,提出打开临城市界面增强社区开放性、梳理内部的路网优化空间整合度、合理增加交通节点乐活社区等策略,进而优化城中村公共空间网络。Urban village is the product of China’s high-speed urbanization.It becomes the discordant note in the city.Whether to simply demolish and rebuild or to choose to activate and regenerate has become an important issue for urban decision makers and designers.In this paper,combined with space syntax technology,through on-the-spot investigation,the renewal and optimization of public space of the"Village in the City"in Jinan Wojia Community is studied.With the help of Depthmap software,this paper analyzes the line integration and comprehensibility of urban village public space,and puts forward some strategies to optimize the public space network of urban village,such as opening the interface of city,enhancing the openness of community,combing the internal road network,optimizing the spatial integration degree,reasonably increasing traffic nodes and LOHAS community.
