基于“城市双修”理念的校园历史地段保护发展研究——以武汉市珞珈山片区为例

摘　　要：校园历史地段是我国早期教育建筑集中遗存地,它见证了我国高等教育的创建和发展,具有十分重要的历史文化价值。如何协调历史地段与校园以及城市之间的关系,实现其有效保护和可持续发展的双重目标,是部分城市发展的一个重要课题。"城市双修"是我国进入城市化转型发展阶段提出的关于城市更新的创新举措。本文试图在辨析"城市双修"与校园历史地段的内涵关系基础上,以武汉市珞珈山片区历史地段为例,探索校园历史地段的保护发展经验和思考。The universities historical district is the remains of the early education in our country,witnessed the creation and development of higher education in China,and has the extremely important historical and cultural value.How to coordinate the relationship between the historic district and the campus and the city,to realize the double goal of its effective protection and sustainable development,is an important issue of the protection planning.City betterment and Ecological restoration is an innovative measure on urban renewal proposed by China in the development stage of urbanization transformation.This article attempts to analyze the connotation relationship between"City betterment and Ecological restoration"and campus historical area,taking Wuhan Luojia hill historic district as an example,to explore the experience and thinking of the protection and development of campus historical area.
