产业转型背景下徐州夹河煤矿更新设计研究

摘　　要：徐州市作为资源型城市,一直面临着资源枯竭、环境污染等问题,其城市发展滞后,产业结构亟需优化。徐州市夹河煤矿作为徐州矿务集团六大主力矿井之一,已于2016年闭井,目前亟需找到适合的更新模式以及设计方法。文章将徐州市夹河煤矿置于产业转型背景之下,提出更新策略,并进行现状调研分析,进一步提出了煤矿主题公园、动漫体验乐园、生态办公研究中心3种更新模式,进而提供了3种规划设计思路。As a resource-based city,Xuzhou has been facing problems such as resource exhaustion and environmental pollution,which has caused its urban development to lag behind,and its industrial structure is in urgent need of optimization.As one of the six main mines of Xuzhou Mining Group,Jiahe Coal Mine in Xuzhou City was closed in 2016.It is urgent to find a suitable update model and design method.The article puts the Jiahe Coal Mine in Xuzhou City under the background of industrial transformation,proposes an update strategy,conducts current research and analysis,and further proposes an update model.The renewal model provides three planning and design ideas for coal mine theme park,animation experience park,and ecological office research center.
