摘　　要：当前,既有大型商业建筑内部商铺改建更新成为常态,2020年2月《上海市建筑装饰装修工程管理实施办法》的出台对建筑装饰装修工程提出新规定。本文结合上海静安大悦城一期北楼商铺改建工程项目,梳理并总结本项目作为特殊类装饰装修工程在施工图设计及审查中的注意事项及设计要点。At present,the retail renovations of existing commercial buildings has become the normal.In February 2020,the promulgation of"Measures for the implementation of the building decoration and renovation project in Shanghai"has put forward new regulations for retail renovations projects.Based on the analysis of the Retail Renovations Project of Shanghai Joy City,this article summarizes the matters need attention and design points during the design and review of construction drawing documents.
