摘　　要：认知语言学上的象似性理论有助于阐释文学文本中标点符号的重要作用。艾米莉·狄金森的诗歌精于标点使用,尤其是破折号的使用。基于象似性理论的研究发现,狄金森诗歌中的破折号具有丰富的内涵:数量象似性增加了诗歌表达的节奏感,拓展了文字的表达空间;顺序象似性丰富了诗歌的艺术形式,实现了诗歌与其他艺术形式的融合;距离象似性营造了诗歌朦胧而神秘的意境,构建出诗意空间;标记象似性奠定了诗歌整体的基调,提升了整体的情感表达效果。破折号的象似性分析为狄金森诗歌研究提供了新视角。Iconicity theory in cognitive linguistics helps interpret the great significance of punctuation in literature.Emily Dickinson is proficient at using punctuation,especially the use of dashes.Based on the iconicity theory,this study finds that the dashes in Dickinson’s poems contain rich connotations:the quantity iconicity augments the rhythmic effect of poetry,extending the usage of language expression;the sequence iconicity enriches the artistic forms,effecting the integration of poetry with other artistic forms;distance iconicity creates a misty and mysterious ambience,constructing a poetic world;markedness iconicity sets the general tone,enhancing the overall effect of emotional expression.The study provides a new perspective for the study of Dickinson’s poems.
