摘 要:校友会是学校凝聚校友力量、助推校友和学校发展、服务社会的平台与纽带。当前,高校校友工作普遍存在人员力量薄弱、信息管理不善、服务功能低下、校友与学校缺乏互动等问题。以利益相关者理论来分析,造成诸多问题的原因包括:高校单方面主导、对校友的利益诉求不重视、互动平台短缺、体制机制不健全等。基于此,提升校友工作质量应界定校友工作的核心利益相关者、重要利益相关者和主要利益相关者等不同的群体,继而分析不同利益群体的诉求,并进一步科学设计、实施有效措施满足不同群体的利益,努力达致多方共赢的理想目标,助力高校校友工作的内涵提升。Alumni association is a platform and link for the university to unite the strength of alumni,promote the development of alumni and the university,and serve the society.However,currently,there are many deficiencies in the work of alumni in universities,such as weak team in charge,poor information management,low service function,and lack of interaction between alumni and the university.From the perspective of stakeholder theory,the reasons for many deficiencies include the leading role of universities,the lack of attention paid to the interests of alumni,the shortage of interactive platforms,and the imperfect system and mechanism.Based on this,the promotion of alumni work quality shall be defined at the core of the stakeholders,key stakeholders and major stakeholders such as different groups,then analysis the demands of various interest groups,and further scientific design,the implementation of effective measures to meet the interests of different groups,to achieve win-win ideal target,boost the connotation of university alumni work.
