高校思想关怀工作的主体与路径探析

摘　　要：思想政治教育践行人文关怀理念,是落实以人为本教育理念的必然要求。思想政治教育必然要关注受教育者的思想问题、困惑和症结,加强思想关怀。从高校思想关怀的维度来说,就是要关注大学生的认知偏差、情感症结、意志消退、理想信念缺失等问题。思想政治教育者和管理者作为高校思想关怀工作实施的主体,要针对实际情况开展个人思想关怀和群体思想关怀。“思想咨商”作为思想政治教育领域的一种技术和方法,旨在消解学生的思想困惑、化解学生的思想问题、剖解学生的思想症结,最终实现思想关怀的目的,提高思想关怀的实效性和针对性。The practice of humanistic care in ideological and political education is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of the people-oriented educational concept.It is necessary for ideological and political education to pay attention to the ideological problems,puzzles and crux of the educated,and strengthen the ideological care.From the perspective of ideological care in colleges and universities,it is to care about problems such as cognitive bias,emotional crux,fading of will and lack of belief on college students.Ideological and political educators and managers,as the subject of ideological care in colleges and universities,should develop individual and group ideological care according to the actual situation.“Ideological consultation”as a technical method in ideological and political education field,it aims to resolve students’ideological confusion,dissolve their ideological problems,dissect their ideological crux,and finally realize the purpose of ideological care to to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological care.
